Anyone who believes that he passes his asylum procedure without a lawyer should know what he is doing.

Lawyers are important in every asylum procedure. They protect you from something wrong, they know the laws, they are the most important person of trust in Germany that a refugee should have.

Many refugees believe in what other refugees have told them, what they have heard in their homeland, or at worst, what they have seen on Facebook. What they hear there is totally wrong. This wrong knowledge causes many problems and can even lead to deportation.

Many have not even realized that even if they have a lawyer, this may not be an asylum lawyer. In Germany there are various lawyers specializing in different areas. We urgently recommend only foreigners law (asylum) lawyers to hire, since these are specialists in their area. It does not help much if the lawyer is in a distant city, a lawyer who is close by is always a better choice, as he knows our immigration offices here better and you can quickly get on a bus for an appointment.

We have had many bad experiences with lawyers, some do not answer, others are not specialists, but they all want the money from the refugees.

We always recommend two lawyers with whom we have always had good experiences.
These take at least € 25 per month for individuals and at least € 50 per family per month in the asylum procedure.

You pay the sum every month until the end of the asylum procedure (or if you give notice)!
Then the paid-in sum of all sums will be offset against the lawyer’s expenses. At the end of the asylum procedure, you then pay the balance as a single payment or in installments. If you have paid too much, which we have not experienced before, you will of course get the overpaid money back.
